Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Dell Pro Slim QCS1250 U5 235 is a compact desktop designed for everyday office tasks, remote learning and multimedia playback. Equipped with an Intel U5 235 processor, 8GB of RAM and a 512GB solid-state drive, this small-form-factor PC runs Windows 11 Pro and provides a balance of performance, energy efficiency and a minimal footprint for modern workspaces.

Advantages

This slim desktop offers a space-saving chassis that fits easily into tight workstations while delivering responsive system performance for common productivity applications. The 512GB SSD provides fast boot and application load times, and integrated graphics handle video playback and basic graphical tasks without requiring a discrete GPU. Preinstalled Windows 11 Pro enables business-oriented security and management features, and the product includes three years of ProSupport for hardware support and service.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity suites (word processing, spreadsheets, email)
  • Remote learning and virtual meetings
  • Web browsing, video streaming and media playback
  • Basic photo editing and light multitasking

Key specifications

  • Processor: Intel U5 235
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Storage: 512GB solid-state drive (SSD)
  • Graphics: Integrated graphics
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Pro
  • Form factor: Slim / small form factor desktop
  • Support: Includes 3 years of ProSupport service coverage

How to use

Position the Dell Pro Slim QCS1250 on a stable surface near a display, power source and network connection. Connect a monitor, keyboard, mouse and Ethernet or Wi‑Fi network according to your preferences. Use Windows 11 Pro to configure user accounts, install necessary applications and enable security features such as Windows Update and built-in antivirus. For optimal everyday performance, avoid filling the SSD to capacity and keep the system updated with the latest drivers and firmware.

Recommendations

For reliable operation in an office or home environment, place the desktop with adequate ventilation clearance, use an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) if power stability is a concern, and apply regular system updates. If heavier multitasking or demanding graphical workloads are required, consider upgrading memory or using a system with discrete graphics.
