Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Dell KB216 Wired Keyboard is a full-size USB keyboard with a UK English QWERTY layout designed for everyday home and office computing. Its chiclet-style keys and number pad provide a conventional, comfortable typing surface in a compact desktop-friendly design. The keyboard connects via USB and comes in a black finish suitable for most workspaces.

Advantages

The keyboard offers a full-size layout including a number pad, quiet chiclet keys for comfortable typing, and dedicated multimedia keys for quick access to functions such as play/pause and volume control. Its wired USB connection ensures plug-and-play reliability without batteries, and the durable build supports regular daily use.

Suitable for

  • Everyday office work (data entry, emails, document editing)
  • Home computing and remote work
  • Users who prefer a full-size wired keyboard with number pad

Key specifications

  • Brand: Dell
  • Model: KB216 (MPN: 580-AHYB)
  • Interface: USB
  • Form factor: Full-size (100%) with number pad
  • Layout: UK English QWERTY
  • Colour: Black

How to use

Connect the keyboard to an available USB port on your computer. The device is plug-and-play on most modern operating systems; no additional drivers are usually required. Use the number pad for numeric input and the multimedia keys to control playback and volume. Place the keyboard on a flat surface; an optional palm rest may be purchased separately if additional wrist support is required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the USB connector clean and avoid exposing the keyboard to liquids. If you plan extended typing sessions, consider adding a palm rest to improve wrist comfort. Suitable for daily general-purpose use in home and office environments.
