How to use

Place the basket in the aluminium chamber and, if needed, insert the high rack or separator to arrange food. Add a small amount of oil if desired, then select the operating mode and set the temperature between 150 °C and 200 °C using the touch panel. Set the cooking time up to 60 minutes on the LED display and start the device. For even results shake or rotate food during cooking if appropriate. After the cycle finishes, switch off the unit and remove the basket carefully once it has cooled.

Recommendations

For best results use minimal oil and avoid overfilling the basket; leave space for air circulation between pieces. Clean the non-stick coated basket and chamber after cooling using non-abrasive tools to preserve the DuPont Teflon coating.
