How to use

Install the camera in the desired position using appropriate mounting hardware for exterior or interior surfaces, ensuring the lens and IR illuminator have an unobstructed view. Connect network and power via PoE for a single-cable setup or use 12V DC where PoE is unavailable. Insert a MicroSD card up to 256GB if local recording is needed. Configure the camera using Dahua’s management software or compatible NVR to set resolution, IR behavior, audio and alarm settings and to integrate recording schedules and motion detection rules.

Recommendations

For optimal night-time performance, position the camera so that IR illumination covers the intended field of view without reflective surfaces directly in front of the lens.
