DAHUA LM27-A221Y is a 27" (68.6 cm) Full HD computer monitor with an IPS LED panel offering 1920×1080 resolution and a native 16:9 aspect ratio. The display provides wide 178° viewing angles and a typical brightness of 250 cd/m² for consistent visibility. With a typical contrast ratio of 1200:1 and a pixel pitch of 0.311×0.311 mm, the monitor is designed for general office tasks and multimedia viewing. The unit comes in a black finish, supports VESA mounting and does not include built-in speakers or a USB hub.

Advantages

The IPS panel ensures stable color reproduction and wide viewing angles, which is useful for collaborative work or multi-angle viewing. The Full HD resolution and 27" diagonal deliver an adequate workspace for documents, spreadsheets and video playback. The monitor’s VESA compatibility allows flexible placement on different mounts or arms, and the relatively modest power consumption (approximately 15 kWh per 1000 hours in SDR) supports energy-conscious deployments.

Suitable for

• Office productivity: text editing, spreadsheets, email
• General multimedia: video playback and web browsing
• Multi-monitor setups where VESA mounting is required
• Workstations with emphasis on color consistency and wide viewing angles

Recommendations

For best results in office and multimedia environments, use the DAHUA LM27-A221Y with default Full HD resolution (1920×1080) and calibrate brightness to match room lighting. If integrating into a multi-monitor array, verify VESA mount compatibility and uniform display settings across units to maintain consistent color and layout.
