Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

23.6-inch (59.9 cm) curved gaming monitor with a 1500R curvature designed to match the natural field of vision and deliver immersive visuals. The VA panel in a three-sided frameless design provides Full HD 1920 × 1080 resolution for clear, detailed images, while a 240 Hz refresh rate and adaptive sync support reduce motion blur, input lag and tearing for smoother gameplay.

Advantages

The 1500R curvature follows the natural shape of the eye to improve viewing comfort during extended sessions. The VA panel offers wide viewing angles and a high native contrast ratio for deeper blacks and improved image depth. A three-sided frameless design reduces bezel distraction and increases the perceived screen area. A 240 Hz refresh rate combined with adaptive sync lowers input latency and visual artifacts during fast motion. Flicker-free technology helps reduce eye strain, and the monitor’s brightness and contrast characteristics support accurate detail reproduction.

Key specifications

  • Screen size: 59.9 cm (23.6") LED VA
  • Resolution: Full HD 1920 × 1080 (16:9)
  • Curvature: 1500R
  • Refresh rate: 240 Hz
  • Brightness: 350 cd/m²
  • Contrast ratio: 3000:1
  • Panel type: VA
  • Design: 3-sided frameless

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable desk surface at eye level so the curved screen aligns with your natural viewing angle. Connect to a computer using a high-bandwidth cable (DisplayPort or HDMI) that supports 240 Hz at Full HD. Enable the 240 Hz refresh rate and adaptive sync in your graphics driver or the monitor OSD to minimize tearing and input lag. Adjust brightness and contrast to comfortable settings and use the flicker-free mode for prolonged use.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in fast-paced games, use a graphics card and cable that support 240 Hz at 1920 × 1080 and enable adaptive sync. Maintain a viewing distance consistent with the 1500R curvature for a comfortable, immersive experience.
