Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The 23.8-inch LED IPS monitor provides Full HD 1920 × 1080 resolution for clear, detailed images suitable for everyday work and media playback. Its IPS panel and three-sided frameless design deliver wide viewing angles and consistent color reproduction, supporting comfortable use during extended periods.

Advantages

The IPS panel ensures uniform colors across 178° horizontal and 178° vertical viewing angles. A 5 ms response time reduces motion blur and ghosting, while the 100 Hz refresh rate produces smoother on-screen motion compared with standard 60 Hz displays. The slim three-sided bezel increases usable screen area and facilitates multi-monitor setups.

Key specifications

  • Screen size: 60.5 cm (23.8") LED IPS
  • Resolution: Full HD 1920 × 1080 pixels, 16:9
  • Panel type: IPS with 3-sided frameless design
  • Viewing angles: 178° horizontal / 178° vertical
  • Refresh rate: 100 Hz
  • Response time: 5 ms
  • Brightness: 250 cd/m²
  • Contrast ratio: 1000:1
  • Power consumption: 17 W (energy class E, 17 kWh)

How to use

Place the monitor on a flat, stable surface or mount it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Connect to a compatible computer or media device with an appropriate video cable and set the operating system display resolution to 1920 × 1080. Use the on-screen display controls to adjust brightness, contrast and color settings to match ambient lighting and the tasks you perform.

Recommendations

For optimal image quality, use a device and cable that support Full HD at 100 Hz and keep graphics drivers up to date. Position the monitor at eye level and avoid strong direct light on the screen to minimize reflections.
