DAHUA IPC-HDW3541T-ZS-27135S2 is a 5MP IR eyeball surveillance camera with a 1/2.7" CMOS sensor, motorized vari-focal lens (2.7–13.5 mm) and built-in IR illuminators. It supports up to 2960 × 1668 resolution, three-stream output and advanced AI functions including perimeter protection (tripwire and intrusion) and AI SSA for scene self-adaptation. The camera is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, offers IP67 protection, metal housing and flexible power options (12 VDC or PoE 802.3af).

How to use

Mount the camera on a stable surface using compatible mounting hardware and ensure correct orientation for the desired field of view. Connect power via 12 VDC or PoE and attach the network cable to an RJ-45 port for access to the camera UI. Use the motorized zoom and focus controls through the camera web interface, NVR or configuration software (Smart PSS) to set framing and close focus distance. Configure video streams, motion detection areas, IVS rules and storage destinations (Micro SD, FTP or NAS) according to your monitoring requirements.

Recommendations

For best image quality, perform lens adjustment and focus at installation height and lighting conditions representative of typical operation. Enable Smart H.265+/AI coding to reduce bitrate when long-term recording is required, and keep firmware updated to maintain cybersecurity features.
