Cycling Helmet HJC CALIDO PLUS Size L — White/Grey, In-mold, 58–63 cm, 350 g, Magnetic Visor

The HJC CALIDO PLUS Size L is a unisex adult cycling helmet in white and grey designed for everyday road and recreational cycling. It uses in‑mold construction to combine a lightweight shell with an impact-absorbing liner and weighs approximately 350 g. The helmet fits head circumferences from 58 to 63 cm and includes a removable magnetic visor, 4 ventilation openings and a 5‑step SELFIT fitting system for adjustable fit and improved comfort. A magnetic clasp provides quick and secure closure. Do not use a helmet that has been damaged in an accident.

Advantages

The in‑mold construction reduces weight while maintaining structural impact protection. The SELFIT 5‑step fitting system enables fine adjustments to achieve a stable, comfortable fit for different head shapes. The removable magnetic visor gives flexible sun and wind protection and can be detached when not needed. Four ventilation holes provide airflow to help regulate temperature during rides, and the magnetic clasp offers a one-handed fasten/unfasten action for convenience.

How to use

Place the helmet squarely on your head so the front rim sits just above your eyebrows. Use the SELFIT 5‑step fitting system to adjust the internal cradle until the helmet feels snug but comfortable. Adjust the side straps so they form a V under each ear and fasten the magnetic clasp under your chin; ensure there is enough room for one or two fingers between the strap and your chin. Attach or remove the magnetic visor as needed by aligning it with the front mount and snapping it into place. Inspect the helmet visually before each use and replace it if it shows signs of damage after an impact.

Recommendations

For best safety performance, replace the helmet after a significant impact or if visible damage appears. Clean the helmet with mild soap and water and avoid solvents or high‑temperature drying. Verify the fit regularly and read any included manufacturer instructions for maintenance and safe use.
