Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Thermaltake Massive 20 RGB is a USB-powered cooling pad for notebooks up to 19 inches. It features a large metal mesh surface and a single built-in 200mm fan with adjustable speed to provide strong airflow and lower laptop temperatures. The pad includes 256-color RGB lighting with five lighting modes and three ergonomic tilt positions to improve viewing angle and typing comfort.

Advantages

The cooling pad combines a quiet, low-RPM 200mm fan with an adjustable speed controller to balance cooling performance and noise. Its extensive metal mesh allows optimal ventilation across the laptop base while supporting devices up to 19". RGB illumination offers multiple color and mode options via dedicated buttons, and the unit is powered directly from a notebook USB port for easy connectivity.

Suitable for

  • Cooling gaming laptops and high-performance notebooks up to 19 inches
  • Users who need adjustable fan speed and large-area ventilation
  • Setups that benefit from adjustable viewing angles (3°, 9°, 13°)

Key specifications

  • Maximum screen size supported: 19"
  • Built-in cooling fans: 1 x 200mm (approx. 800 RPM)
  • RGB lighting: 256 colors, 5 lighting modes (Wave, RGB Spectrum, Pulse, Blink, Full Lighted)
  • Power: USB 5V
  • Material: metal mesh and plastic
  • Dimensions: 471 x 354.5 x 46.5 mm
  • Weight: 1.52 kg
  • Color: Black

How to use

Connect the Thermaltake Massive 20 RGB to a notebook USB port to power the fan and RGB lighting. Place your laptop on the metal mesh surface ensuring airflow is not blocked. Use the fan speed knob to set the desired cooling level and press the Light Mode and Color Mode buttons to select lighting mode and color. Adjust the pad to one of the three tilt positions (3°, 9°, 13°) for a comfortable viewing angle.

Recommendations

Position the pad on a stable surface and keep the mesh area free of dust for consistent airflow. For quieter operation, use lower fan speeds when maximum cooling is not required. Disconnect from USB when transporting the laptop and avoid placing heavy objects on the mesh.
