How to use

Attach the soft-touch handle to the pan before using on the hob. Use low to medium heat for most cooking to protect the ceramic non-stick coating and to achieve even heating with aluminium bodies. Remove the handle before placing pans in the oven (maximum 200°C). After use, allow the pans to cool before washing; although dishwasher-safe, hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended to prolong coating life.

Recommendations

To maintain the ceramic non-stick surface, avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners. Preheat pans briefly on low to medium heat and avoid sudden temperature changes (for example, do not rinse a hot pan under cold water).
