Salter BW12055IS 14-piece cookware set includes three frying pans (20, 24, 28 cm), three saucepans (16, 18, 20 cm), three glass lids, two detachable bakelite handles and a 3-piece utensil set (slotted spatula, slotted spoon, solid spoon). All cookware bodies are pressed aluminium with a 2.5 mm body thickness and a black megastone non-stick internal coating with black matte PAI external finish. Bases are induction-compatible; the set is not dishwasher safe. Utensil heads are stainless steel (SS430) with black megastone coating and handles are PP with TPR.

How to use

Attach a bakelite handle to a pan or saucepan by aligning and securing it to the designated fitting before heating. Use suitable heat settings for aluminium cookware and avoid overheating empty pans to protect the non-stick coating. Use the supplied utensils for stirring and serving to reduce risk of scratching the non-stick surface. Place the glass lids on pots and pans to retain heat and moisture while cooking.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the non-stick coating, wash cookware by hand with mild detergent and a soft sponge, avoid metal scouring pads and abrasive cleaners, and store pans with handles detached or with protective separators between surfaces. Do not use the set in a dishwasher and avoid sudden temperature shocks (for example, rinsing a hot pan with cold water).
