Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Shipping & Returns

The Siemens LZ11DXB14 Black Grey 300g cooker hood filter is designed to improve air quality in domestic kitchens by capturing grease and particles generated during cooking. It fits compatible Siemens cooker hoods and offers a compact solution for maintaining extraction performance. The filter combines a neutral black and grey appearance with lightweight construction to integrate unobtrusively into the hood housing.

Advantages

This filter provides effective grease and particle retention while keeping airflow resistance low to preserve the hood’s extraction efficiency. Its lightweight 300 g construction simplifies handling during installation and replacement. The neutral black-grey color minimizes visible dirt and matches a range of modern kitchen finishes. Single-pack delivery allows straightforward replacement of a single unit when required.

Suitable for

  • Replacement filter for compatible Siemens cooker hoods
  • Everyday kitchen cooking environments producing grease and aerosols
  • Home kitchens where discreet, low-profile filters are preferred

Key specifications

  • Color: Black and grey
  • Weight: 300 g
  • Packaging: Single unit
  • Material properties: designed for grease and particle filtration in cooker hoods

How to use

Turn off and isolate the cooker hood power before accessing the filter area. Remove the existing filter according to the hood manufacturer’s instructions and fit the Siemens LZ11DXB14 filter into the housing so that it sits securely in the retaining clips or guides. Restore power and run the hood briefly to confirm correct seating and normal airflow. Replace the filter at intervals recommended by the cooker hood manual or sooner if heavy grease buildup is visible.

Recommendations

Check the cooker hood user manual for recommended replacement intervals and compatible models. For optimal performance, inspect the filter regularly and clean or replace it when grease accumulation reduces airflow. Dispose of used filters following local waste disposal regulations.
