The ABUS 64TI/60 KD is a lightweight TITALIUM™ padlock with a key locking mechanism, delivered with two keys. Its compact dimensions (60 mm body width, 19 mm depth, 56 mm height) and aluminium-coloured TITALIUM™ body make it suitable for securing doors, gates, cupboards, lockers, toolboxes and cellars where medium theft risk protection is required.

How to use

Insert the supplied key into the keyway and turn to unlock or lock the shackle. Close the shackle over the hasp, chain or locking bolt and turn the key to secure. Remove the key after locking. For high-shackle variants, ensure the shackle passes fully through the intended fixture before turning the key.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the padlock within environments suited to medium-risk security needs; avoid exposure to corrosive chemicals and perform periodic lubrication of the locking cylinder. Choose a high-shackle version when securing thicker chains or distant locking points.
