Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

LEGO Creator 3-in-1 T.Rex is a buildable model kit with 626 elements, designed for builders aged 9 and older. The set assembles into a 150 mm tall T.Rex and includes a printed instruction sheet. As a 3-in-1 Creator set, the model can be rebuilt into alternative forms, providing multiple display and play options. The compact packaged dimensions and a package weight of 948 g make the set convenient for storage, display, or gifting.

Advantages

The set contains 626 pieces that allow detailed assembly of a 150 mm tall T.Rex and two alternate models. It includes a printed instruction sheet for step-by-step building and is suitable for independent construction by children aged 9 and above. The Creator 3-in-1 format increases play value by offering multiple build options while the manageable package size and weight simplify transport and storage.

Suitable for

  • Home display and shelf decoration
  • Creative play and role-playing
  • Skill development in model building and fine motor coordination
  • Gifting for children aged 9 and older

Key specifications

  • Piece count: 626 elements
  • Built model height: 150 mm
  • Recommended age: 9+ years
  • Includes printed instruction sheet
  • Set type: 3-in-1 buildable model (multiple alternative builds)
  • Package weight: 948 g
  • Package dimensions: 359 mm (width) × 55 mm (depth) × 259 mm (height)

How to use

Open the package and follow the printed instruction sheet to assemble the T.Rex model step by step. After completing the main model, use the same elements and instructions to rebuild the set into one of the alternative Creator models. Handle small parts with care and store unused pieces in the box or a suitable container to prevent loss.

Recommendations

Recommended for children aged 9 and above; adult supervision is advised for younger builders. Keep small parts away from children under 3 years due to choking hazard. Use a flat, well-lit workspace to ease assembly and organize pieces before building for an efficient process.
