Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The CHERRY KW 9200 MINI is a rechargeable compact keyboard with a 75% form factor and a straight, space-saving design. It offers multiple connection options — USB cable, 2.4 GHz RF wireless dongle and Bluetooth 5.0 — and comes in a French AZERTY layout with 79 scissor-switch keys in black finish.

Advantages

This compact keyboard combines three connection modes for flexible use across devices, while the scissor key mechanism provides a low-profile and comfortable typing feel. The rechargeable design removes the need for disposable batteries, and the 75% layout keeps essential keys while saving desk space.

How to use

Connect the keyboard to a device using the supplied USB cable, plug in the 2.4 GHz RF dongle into a USB port, or pair via Bluetooth 5.0 following the device pairing procedure. Charge the built-in battery with the USB cable before first use and as needed. Use the standard AZERTY key positions for French input and adjust device settings if necessary to select the keyboard as the active input device.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the 2.4 GHz dongle within recommended range of the keyboard and avoid sources of RF interference. When switching between paired Bluetooth devices, allow a few seconds for reconnection and ensure the keyboard is sufficiently charged to prevent disconnections.
