How to use

Connect the K5V2 to a computer using the included USB cable. Configure lighting, macros and media controls directly on the keyboard using built-in key combinations—no software required. If desired, replace switches, keycaps, stabilizers or other swappable parts by removing the keycaps and pulling out the hot-swappable switch sockets; follow standard ESD precautions and consult the manufacturer manual for detailed swap instructions.

Recommendations

For best RGB performance, connect the keyboard to a USB 3 port and enable USB 3 mode. To maintain longevity and optimal acoustics, keep the keyboard clean, avoid spilling liquids, and use the provided cable routing. When swapping switches, ensure compatibility with CHERRY MX2A-style cross stems and work on a flat, static-free surface.
