How to use

Attach the polishing sponge to the 125 mm disc and secure it to the spindle (5/16" x 24). Select an appropriate polishing compound for the surface and apply it to the sponge. Start the polisher at a low speed and gradually increase to the required rpm within the 2000–4600 range, maintaining even pressure and steady motion over the surface. Keep the tool moving to avoid overheating or burning the finish.

Recommendations

Use protective gloves and eye protection during operation. Test the chosen polishing paste on a small, inconspicuous area first. Allow the motor to cool during extended use and store the tool and accessories in the supplied bag when not in use.
