Car plug cable b&w international Energy Case EC/CAR2 — black, vehicle power connection

The b&w international Energy Case EC/CAR2 car plug cable in black is an accessory designed to provide a simple vehicle power connection for compatible devices. It connects equipment to a 12 V car power outlet and offers a plug-and-play solution intended for mobile setups, in-car use, and situations where a stable DC power feed is required. The cable’s design focuses on straightforward installation and reliable electrical contact for everyday use.

Advantages

The cable delivers a direct power connection from a standard vehicle socket without additional adapters, reducing installation complexity. Its compact form and black finish make it unobtrusive in vehicle interiors. The product is intended to provide reliable continuity of power under normal driving conditions and is compatible with many portable devices designed for 12 V DC input.

Suitable for

• Powering portable audio and video equipment in a vehicle
• Supplying power to charging or operating stations for small electronics while driving
• Temporary power for devices during mobile installations or field work
• Connecting in-car accessories that require a standard cigarette-lighter style DC supply

Key specifications

• Cable type: vehicle power lead for 12 V DC socket
• Color: black
• Connection: plug compatible with standard car power outlet and matching device connector
• Design intent: plug-and-play vehicle power connection for portable equipment
• Typical use environment: inside vehicles and mobile setups

How to use

Insert the cable’s vehicle plug into the car’s 12 V power outlet and attach the device-end connector to the compatible power input of the equipment. Ensure the vehicle outlet is clean and free of debris before insertion, and confirm the device’s power requirements match the car outlet specification. Turn on the vehicle’s power or accessory mode if necessary to activate the outlet. When disconnecting, remove the plug by pulling on the plug body rather than the cable to avoid strain.

Recommendations

Check the voltage and current requirements of your device before use to ensure compatibility with a 12 V vehicle power supply. Avoid using the cable with devices that require higher voltages or regulated power unless an appropriate converter is used. For prolonged use, monitor connector temperature and secure loose cables to prevent interference with vehicle controls.
