We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

How to use

Install the paper cassette and power on the printer. Connect a smart device via Wi‑Fi using the SELPHY Photo Layout app to select and edit photos, or connect a computer, camera or USB drive via USB‑C. You can also insert an SD/SDHC/SDXC card and choose images directly from the printer’s 3.5" LCD. Apply optional layout features such as stamps, filters, pattern overcoats and QR codes in the app or on the device, then start the print job. Remove finished prints from the output slot once the process completes.

Recommendations

For best longevity, use Canon-branded paper and ink cassettes and store printed photos away from direct sunlight and high humidity. If portable use is required, pair the printer with the optional high-capacity Battery Pack for reliable off-grid printing.
