Cable Gender Changer F Belling-Lee/IEC Renkforce RF-4196982

The Renkforce RF-4196982 Cable Gender Changer adapts an F-type coaxial connector to a Belling-Lee/IEC plug for connecting satellite or terrestrial coax lines to SAT receivers and other devices. It features gold-plated contacts and a compact, gold-coloured body designed for reliable signal transmission and corrosion resistance.

Advantages

The adapter provides stable signal transfer between F and Belling-Lee/IEC connections, with gold-plated contacts to reduce contact resistance and oxidation. Its compact form factor allows use in confined installation spaces and the gold-coloured finish helps resist corrosion while matching many AV components.

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting. Screw the F-type end onto the F connector of the coax cable or dish outlet until secure. Insert the Belling-Lee/IEC plug into the receiver's antenna input until it seats properly. Verify the physical connection is snug and avoid excessive force when tightening to prevent damage.

Recommendations

Use the adapter in dry, indoor environments and avoid bending the coax cable sharply near the connector. For best signal quality, use in combination with properly shielded coaxial cables and check connections periodically for corrosion or looseness.
