The unit in white from the PURE WHITE series features a single CEE7/7 (Schuko) outlet, a compact diameter of 6.8 cm and a low overall height of 50 mm. Supplied with a 2.0 m power cable with wire end sleeves and an assembly plug, the PIX socket enables a tidy, space-saving power connection for offices, homes and workshops. Its slim, minimalist exterior and low installation depth allow top- or front-mounted fitting and retrofit installation where space is limited.

How to use

Drill or cut the recommended installation hole in the worktop or furniture panel and insert the Bachmann PIX unit from above or the front. Route the 2.0 m power cable through the cabinet or furniture backside and connect the cable conductors to the fixed installation supply using the enclosed assembly plug or by a qualified electrician. Ensure the panel thickness is within the supported range (10–40 mm) and that the mounting position allows the required installation depth of approx. 45 mm. After securing the unit in the cut-out, fit the decorative ring to complete the visible finish.

Recommendations

Install the PIX unit in accordance with local electrical regulations and, where required, have the final connection performed by a qualified electrician. Verify the worktop thickness and clearances behind the mounting location before cutting the hole. For protection against moisture, avoid installing the unit in areas exposed to direct water contact unless appropriate sealing and protection measures are applied.
