We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

Industrial label design software for PC and Mac

The PT-P900W uses P-touch Editor label design software for Windows and Mac. It boasts advanced features normally found in expensive desktop applications such as industry standard 1D and 2D barcodes, import of logos and other graphics, and allows you to use the fonts installed on your computer. Link to a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet or .csv file to print multiple labels quickly and efficiently.

Print from smartphones or tablets

Instantly create and print simple labels from your smartphone or tablet without needing to fire up your PC. The Brother iPrint&Label app wirelessly connects to the PT-P900W to let you design and print labels from your iOS or Android device. Or if you need to identify electrical and data cabling and equipment, use the specialised Brother Cable Label Tool app to print labels for wrapping around cables or for sticking to faceplates, electrical distribution boards and other specialist equipment.

How to use

Install the Brother P-Touch Editor software on your PC or the Brother app on your mobile device, connect the printer via USB or join it to your Wi‑Fi network, then design labels using text, frames, barcodes, logos or images. For batch jobs, link the label layout to a spreadsheet and send the print job from the application. After printing, use the built-in cutter and the easy-peel function to remove and apply labels.

Recommendations

Use genuine HSE/TZe tapes for optimal durability and print quality. For mobile operation, add the optional rechargeable battery base. When printing barcodes or small text, choose higher resolution settings and appropriate tape width to ensure readability.
