Brother MFC-L6950DW multifunction printer Laser A4 1200 x 1200 DPI 50 ppm Wi-Fi

The Brother MFC-L6950DW Laser Grey is a multifunction printer designed for busy office environments that require fast monochrome output, reliable network connectivity and duplex handling across all functions. It delivers laser mono printing at up to 50 pages per minute with a maximum resolution of 1200 x 1200 DPI, and integrates copying, scanning and faxing in a single device. Built-in Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN allow flexible placement and direct printing from networked computers and mobile devices, while duplex copy, fax, print and scan reduce paper use and streamline document workflows.

Advantages

The device combines high-speed mono laser printing with integrated scanning, copying and faxing to reduce the need for separate machines. Duplex functions across printing, scanning, copying and faxing enable automatic two-sided handling. Network connectivity via Wi‑Fi and Ethernet supports shared use in small to medium teams and direct mobile printing. The printer’s physical design and a weight of 19 kg provide stability and a compact footprint appropriate for office desks or central printing stations.

How to use

Connect the Brother MFC-L6950DW to your local network using the Ethernet LAN port or configure the built-in Wi‑Fi through the control panel or the web-based management interface. Install the appropriate drivers on workstation computers or use standard network printing protocols for direct printing from mobile devices. Place paper in the main tray sized to A4 and select duplex printing or scanning in the device settings when two-sided output is required. Use the scanner glass or automatic document feeder for multi-page scans and copying tasks; follow the on-screen prompts for fax setup if mono faxing is needed.

Recommendations

For consistent high-speed performance, use recommended toner cartridges and keep firmware up to date. When processing large multi-page jobs, load the automatic document feeder with properly aligned sheets and enable duplex only when both sides of the source documents are required. Position the device on a stable surface with adequate ventilation and maintain regular cleaning of the scanner glass to preserve optical scan quality.
