How to use

Set the required depth of cut using the clearly legible depth adjustment, secure the workpiece and select chip ejection left or right as needed. Switch on the planer and allow the motor to reach full speed before contacting the wood. Guide the planer steadily across the surface with the softgrip handle and guide handle, keeping even pressure and working in the grain direction when possible. For rebates use the supplied rebating width and depth guides; change blades by following the tool's blade change procedure with the Woodrazor reversible blades.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and hearing protection, dust mask) and connect a dust extraction system for cleaner operation. For best results on hardwood keep cutting depth moderate and make several passes rather than removing large amounts of material at once.
