Bosch EasyImpact 1200 1500 RPM Keyless 1.1 kg Black, Green

The Bosch EasyImpact 1200 is a lightweight pistol-grip cordless drill designed for light drilling and screwdriving tasks around the home. Weighing 1.1 kg and powered from the Power for ALL 12 V battery system, it combines compact handling with the ability to drill in wood and metal, impact drill in masonry, and drive screws. The drill features a keyless single-sleeve chuck with automatic spindle lock, a built-in LED worklight and a 2-speed gearbox for adapting speed and torque to the task.

Advantages

The two-speed gearbox provides low speed for screwdriving and larger-diameter drilling and high speed for fast progress with smaller drill bits. Twenty torque stages plus a max final setting allow precise screwdriving across different materials. The single-sleeve keyless chuck and automatic spindle lock enable one-handed bit changes. Integrated LEDs illuminate work areas in confined or dark spaces. The tool is compatible with the Power for ALL 12 V battery and charger system, allowing battery interchangeability across compatible Bosch tools.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in wood (up to 20 mm suggested)
• Drilling in metal for small-diameter holes
• Impact drilling in masonry for light anchoring tasks
• General screwdriving and furniture assembly

How to use

Install a compatible 12 V Bosch battery and set the gearbox to the appropriate gear: use the low-speed gear for screwdriving or when drilling larger diameters and the high-speed gear for faster drilling with smaller bits. Choose the torque stage that matches the screw size and material; use the max final setting for tasks requiring full power. Fit the drill bit or screwdriver bit into the keyless chuck and tighten using the single-sleeve mechanism. Use the integrated LED to illuminate the work area as needed. For impact drilling in masonry, select the impact mode.

Recommendations

For longer battery life and consistent performance, use batteries and chargers from the Bosch Power for ALL 12 V system. Select appropriate drill bits and screws for the material and drill pilot holes where necessary. Observe safety measures: wear eye protection and secure the workpiece before drilling.
