Bosch 2 608 900 834 rotary tool grinding/sanding supply Wood Sanding sheet

The Bosch EXPERT C470 sanding sheet (Bosch 2 608 900 834) is engineered for efficient sanding of wood and painted surfaces. Measuring 93 mm by 230 mm and supplied in a pack of 10, this abrasive sheet combines sharp grains with anti-clogging technology to sustain cutting performance and deliver consistent surface quality across large areas.

Advantages

The EXPERT C470 sandpaper resists clogging and keeps its abrasiveness longer than conventional sheets, allowing for faster material removal and extended working time. Its grain formulation provides consistent finish quality on wood and paint, and the sheet size fits standard sanders and manual sanding blocks for versatile use.

Suitable for

• Sanding solid wood and wood-based panels
• Preparing painted surfaces for refinishing
• Intermediate sanding between coats of paint or lacquer
• Use with handheld orbital sanders or sanding blocks

How to use

Select the appropriate grit grade for the task and attach the sheet to a compatible sander or sanding block. Work with even pressure across the surface and move the sander or block in overlapping strokes. Replace the sheet when cutting performance diminishes or the surface finish requires a fresher abrasive.

Recommendations

For best results, start with a coarser grit and progress to finer grits when smoothing or preparing surfaces for finishing. Keep the work area dust-free and replace sheets when visibly clogged to maintain performance.
