How to use

Place the scale on a flat, hard surface and ensure anti-skid feet are in contact with the floor. Select the desired weight unit (lbs, kg or st:lbs) before use. Step onto the center of the glass platform barefoot and remain still while the scale measures; it will automatically activate on stepping and display the readings. After use the scale will automatically shut down to conserve battery.

Recommendations

For the most consistent results measure at the same time of day, on a flat hard surface and with minimal clothing. Avoid using the scale on carpets or uneven floors. Clean the glass platform with a soft damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Check that the maximum capacity (180 kg / 400 lb) is not exceeded.
