The BlueOptics Q28-AOC-25M-NK-BO InfiniBand fibre optic cable 25m OM3 is an active optical cable (AOC) with QSFP28 connectors on both ends, designed for 100G high-speed transmissions over short distances. It uses OM3 multimode fibre with a 50 µm core diameter and LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) sheath for reduced smoke and no halogen emissions. The built-in optical-electrical conversion in each connector enables hot-pluggable QSFP28-to-QSFP28 connections for servers, switches and network devices within racks or between adjacent racks.
