The BlueOptics Q28-AOC-25M-AT-BO InfiniBand fibre optic cable 25m OM3 is an active optical cable (AOC) with QSFP28 connectors on both ends, engineered for short-reach 100G high-speed links inside and between server racks. It uses OM3 multimode fibre with a 50 µm core diameter and integrates built-in optical-electrical conversion in the QSFP28 modules to provide a hot-pluggable solution for data centres and high-performance computing environments. The cable features a flame-resistant LSZH sheath for reduced smoke and no halogen emissions in case of fire.
