How to use

Place the helmet on the head so that it sits level and covers the forehead without tilting backwards or forwards. Adjust the retention system until the helmet feels snug but not constricting, and fasten the chin strap so that only two fingers fit between the strap and the chin. Check that the helmet remains stable when you shake your head and that vents are unobstructed. Replace the helmet after any significant impact or if visible damage is present.

Recommendations

For optimal protection and comfort, periodically inspect straps and buckles for wear, clean the helmet with mild soap and water, and store it away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Follow local regulations for helmet use while cycling.
