How to use

Place the helmet level on the head so the front rim sits just above the eyebrows. Use the adjustable retention dial at the rear to tighten the fit until the helmet feels snug but comfortable. Adjust the side straps so they form a V-shape under each ear and fasten the chin strap; the chin strap should allow one or two fingers of space between strap and chin. Periodically inspect the helmet for signs of wear or damage and replace it after any significant impact.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, combine correct sizing with proper strap adjustment before every ride. Replace the helmet if it experiences a significant crash or shows visible cracks, compressed liner material, or damaged straps. Clean the helmet with mild soap and water and avoid solvents or heat sources that could degrade materials.
