Belt/disc sander Einhell TC-US 380

The Einhell TC-US 380 belt/disc sander is a benchtop grinding and sanding tool driven by a 380 W motor. It combines a swiveling belt unit with a 150 mm diameter disc, an adjustable aluminium work table and a cross stop that can be set between -60° and +60°. How to use

Secure the sander on a stable bench, connect a dust extractor if available, and switch on the machine. For belt sanding, set the belt angle and use the workpiece stop to guide the material; change belts using the external tensioning device and centering mechanism. For disc sanding, tilt the aluminium table as required, attach abrasive paper to the disc via the hook-and-loop fastener and use the cross stop to set the desired angle. Apply workpieces with steady, light pressure and keep movements even to avoid gouging.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask and hearing protection). Select grit sizes that match the task (coarser grits for stock removal, finer grits for finishing), secure small workpieces with clamps, and avoid excessive pressure to prolong abrasive life and motor life.
