How to use

Install the BMV-712 Bluetooth following the manufacturer's wiring instructions: mount the display panel in a visible location and connect the included shunt to the negative battery terminal and system negative. Connect the display to the shunt with the supplied cable, and wire the shunt into the negative return of the load and charger circuits. Power the unit from the monitored battery. Use the Victron app or onboard menu to enter battery capacity, battery type and system settings. After initial configuration the monitor will continuously measure voltage, current and calculate state of charge, while logging data for later review.

For accurate state of charge readings, enter the correct battery capacity and select the appropriate battery chemistry.
