Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Shipping & Returns

The Apple 42mm Volt Splash Nike Sport Loop is a lightweight, soft and breathable replacement band for compatible Apple smartwatches. Redesigned with reflective yarn for a subtle shine, the double-layer nylon weave includes dense loops on the skin side for gentle cushioning and improved moisture wicking. The strap features a woven pull tab with the Run Swoosh logo and a hook-and-loop fastener for quick on-the-go adjustments. It is offered in a light green Volt Splash color and fits wrists within the 130–190 mm range.

Advantages

The nylon double-layer construction provides a balance of softness and durability while allowing sweat to escape. Reflective yarn enhances visibility in low light without adding bulk. The hook-and-loop fastener and woven pull tab make size adjustments fast and secure. Lightweight materials and a breathable structure make the band comfortable for extended wear during sports and daily activities.

Suitable for

  • Daily wear and casual use
  • Running and outdoor exercise
  • Gym and indoor training
  • Users seeking a lightweight, adjustable Apple Watch band

Key specifications

  • Product type: Band
  • Compatible device type: Apple smartwatch
  • Size: 42 mm
  • Wrist fit range: 130–190 mm
  • Materials: Nylon, recycled polyester, spandex
  • Color: Light Green (Volt Splash)
  • Quantity: 1 pc
  • Manufacturer part number (MPN): MGCW4ZM/A
  • EAN: 195950648645

How to use

Slide the band into the Apple Watch case slots until it clicks into place. Wrap the strap around your wrist and secure it with the hook-and-loop fastener, adjusting the fit using the woven pull tab for comfort. Ensure the dense looped side is against the skin for cushioning and proper moisture wicking. To remove, lift the fastener and slide the band out of the watch case.

Recommendations

For best performance, rinse the band with fresh water and let it air dry after heavy sweating or exposure to saltwater. Avoid contact with lotions or solvents that may degrade the reflective yarn or hook-and-loop fastener.
