Backpack DEUTER AC Lite 22 SL — 22 L, women’s fit, ashrose-cassis

DEUTER AC Lite 22 SL — 22 L is a women’s-fit daypack designed for hiking, travel and everyday use. The pack combines a lightweight construction with a ventilated back system to reduce sweat accumulation during active use. With a 22‑liter main compartment, zippered front pocket and hip-belt storage, the pack keeps essentials organized while maintaining a low overall weight, making it suitable for day hikes, commuting and short trips.

Advantages

The AC Lite 22 SL offers a gender-specific shoulder and hip geometry that improves fit and comfort for women. The ventilated back panel and Aircomfort or similar lightweight suspension provide continuous airflow and help regulate body temperature on warm days or during strenuous activity. Multiple pockets including an accessible front pocket and hip-belt pockets allow quick access to small items, and adjustable shoulder straps and sternum strap ensure a stable load and customizable fit. The pack is hydration-system compatible so you can add a drinking reservoir for hands-free hydration.

How to use

Load the main compartment with clothing and larger items, and place frequently used small items in the front and hip-belt pockets for easy access. Adjust the shoulder straps and sternum strap so the pack sits comfortably on the hips and follows your back shape; the women-specific cut is designed to match a narrower torso and shorter back length. If using a hydration reservoir, install it in the designated sleeve and route the drinking tube through the shoulder strap opening. Use the hip-belt pockets for snacks, keys or a smartphone while on the move.

Recommendations

For best ventilation and comfort, avoid overpacking beyond the intended 22 L capacity and distribute weight close to your back. Rinse off dirt and spot-clean fabric after wet or muddy trips, and allow the pack to dry thoroughly before storage. When adding a hydration reservoir, secure the tube to the shoulder strap to prevent chafing.
