Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Avocor L Series 105" 5K Pcap LED Interactive Display offers a 21:9 aspect ratio and a 2.67 m (105") diagonal with 5120 x 2160 resolution and 400 cd/m² brightness. Designed for collaborative environments, the display combines a highly responsive projected-capacitive (pcap) multi-touch surface with robust optical performance and integrated audio to support interactive presentations and whiteboarding.

Advantages

The wide 21:9 format provides additional usable interactive area for side-by-side content and extended canvases. The projected-capacitive touch delivers smooth, durable and accurate multi-touch input suitable for frequent use. High-resolution 5K imaging and 400 cd/m² brightness ensure clear visuals in well-lit rooms, while the built-in 32 W speaker and USB Power Delivery up to 100 W add convenience for conferencing and device charging.

Suitable for

  • Conference rooms and boardrooms
  • Classrooms and lecture halls
  • Interactive whiteboarding and collaborative workshops
  • Design review and content creation with extended horizontal workspace

How to use

Place and mount the display according to the manufacturer's installation instructions for the intended room. Connect source devices via the supported video inputs and enable USB Power Delivery for compatible devices if required. Use touch input directly on the projected-capacitive surface for writing, annotating and multi-user interactions; the display recognises simultaneous touch points for collaborative tasks. Adjust brightness and audio levels through on-screen menus to suit ambient lighting and room acoustics.

Recommendations

For optimal touch responsiveness and image clarity, keep the screen surface clean and free of abrasive materials; use soft, lint-free cloths and manufacturer-recommended cleaning agents. In large meeting spaces, position the display so viewers have an unobstructed view of the extended 21:9 workspace and calibrate touch as needed after installation to ensure accurate multi-touch performance.
