Battery-powered planetary robot Ascato 121208 — children's role-play toy, battery operated

Ascato 121208 is a battery-powered planetary robot designed as a children's role-play toy. The compact figure reproduces simple robotic movements and sound cues when powered by batteries, enabling interactive play that supports basic cause-and-effect learning and development of fine motor skills. Its space-themed design is intended for individual or group activities at home, parties or educational settings focused on imaginative exploration of planetary and robotic concepts.

Advantages

The toy operates on replaceable batteries, offering portability and ease of use without the need for external power. Its small size and robust plastic construction make it suitable for handling by young children, while simple controls deliver predictable movement and sound responses. The planetary robot supports open-ended imaginative play and can be integrated into themed scenarios or coordinated play with other toys.

Suitable for

• Individual role-play and solo imaginative activities
• Group play at parties or playdates
• Early childhood educational activities about space and cause-and-effect
• Fine motor skill practice through handling and simple control interaction

Key specifications

• Power source: replaceable batteries (battery type and number required by manufacturer)
• Primary materials: durable plastic housing and moving parts
• Movement: simple motor-driven locomotion and/or articulated components
• Sound: basic audio cues or effects integrated with movement
• Recommended age range: suitable for young children; check packaging for exact age guidance
• Dimensions: compact size designed for small hands

How to use

Insert the required batteries according to the markings in the battery compartment and ensure the compartment is securely closed. Use the on/off switch or control buttons to activate movement and sound. Place the robot on a flat surface to observe locomotion and interact by guiding or repositioning it. After play, switch the unit off to conserve battery life and remove batteries if the toy will be stored for an extended period.

Recommendations

Supervise young children during use to prevent access to small removable parts and ensure correct battery insertion. Use on smooth, level surfaces for reliable movement and replace batteries with compatible fresh cells to maintain consistent performance.
