Ball track construction set Ascato model 117607 — 78 pieces, modular marble run

Ascato ball track construction set model 117607 includes 78 pieces to assemble a modular marble run. The set contains track elements, connectors and marbles to build varied routes that demonstrate motion and gravity. Designed for creative play and STEM learning, the modular design allows users to combine pieces into different layouts to explore cause and effect while developing fine motor skills and spatial reasoning.

Advantages

The set provides a modular system with multiple track elements and connectors that can be rearranged to create custom marble runs. With 78 pieces, the kit offers enough components for multi-level constructions and extended runs. The inclusion of marbles enables immediate use without requiring additional accessories. Components are designed for hands-on assembly to support cooperative play and educational activities focused on basic physics concepts.

Suitable for

• Creative play and family activity
• STEM learning projects and classroom demonstrations
• Fine motor skill development and spatial reasoning practice
• Design and engineering exercises for children and beginners

Key specifications

• Number of pieces: 78
• Includes track elements, connectors and marbles
• Modular construction for varied layouts
• Material: durable plastic components (typical for ball track sets)

How to use

Sort the components and review the included pieces to familiarise yourself with the available track elements and connectors. Start with a simple layout by connecting base pieces and adding ramps, curves and supports to form a stable run. Place marbles at the starting point and observe their movement through the track; adjust slopes and intersections to change speed and trajectory. Expand the construction by combining additional pieces to create multi-level routes and more complex configurations.

Recommendations

Use on a flat, stable surface and assemble pieces according to their fit to ensure secure connections. Supervise young children during play, and keep marbles away from children under the manufacturer's recommended minimum age to prevent swallowing hazards. Store components in a container to avoid loss and to maintain an organised set for repeated use.
