Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.
Pay on delivery – no extra fees

Mac mini
Hello, Apple Intelligence.

Looks small. Lives large.

Introducing the far mightier, way tinier, all-new Mac mini. Five by five inches of pure power and purpose. Redesigned around Apple silicon to unleash the full speed and capabilities of M4 and M4 Pro chips. With a wide array of ports, now on the front and back. Mac mini is the definition of efficiency — and the first carbon neutral Mac. It truly is the little Mac that could. 1/20 the size yet up to 6x faster compared with the top-selling PC desktop in its price range.3

Built to chill.

Putting this much power in such a small space took a whole new thermal architecture. Within Mac mini, air is guided to different levels of the system, and all of it flows through the foot. Combined with Apple silicon’s unmatched power efficiency, this allows Mac mini to breeze through intensive workloads at outrageous speeds. It’s calm, cool, and perfected.

M4 and M4 Pro. Champion chips.

Now with M4 and M4 Pro, Mac mini delivers tremendous performance and next-level AI capabilities. Both chips feature the world’s fastest CPU core, so everything feels snappy and fluid. Thanks to a powerful GPU with hardware-accelerated ray tracing, you’ll experience incredibly realistic game graphics and smooth 3D rendering. And an advanced Neural Engine runs on-device Apple Intelligence at blazing speed. Hardware‑accelerated ray tracing for game-changing graphics. Drives up to three displays. World’s fastest CPU core for incredible responsiveness.

Apple Intelligence. Brains. Supreme.

Apple Intelligence is the personal intelligence system that helps you write, express yourself, and get things done effortlessly. With groundbreaking privacy protections, it gives you peace of mind that no one else can access your data — not even Apple. Writing Tools. Apple Intelligence can proofread your text and rewrite different versions until the tone and wording are just right, and summarize selected text with a click. Image Playground. Create fun, original images based on a description, a concept, or even a person from your Photos library. Natural language search in Photos. Search for photos and videos simply by describing what you’re looking for.

Great powers come with great privacy.

Apple Intelligence is designed to protect your privacy at every step. It’s integrated into the core of your Mac through on-device processing. So it’s aware of your personal information without collecting your personal information. And with groundbreaking Private Cloud Compute, Apple Intelligence can draw on larger server-based models, running on Apple silicon, to handle more complex requests for you while protecting your privacy.

macOS. Let your apps fly.

Mac mini comes loaded with incredible built-in apps, industry-leading privacy and security, and amazing features for work and play. And macOS brings more speed and responsiveness to all your go-to apps — from Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to Slack and Adobe Photoshop.

Mac + iPhone. One-two punch.

When you use iPhone and Mac mini together, they work like magic. You can make and answer phone calls and text messages from your iPhone directly on your Mac, use your iPhone as a webcam or document scanner, and access your iPhone wirelessly with the iPhone Mirroring app in the Dock.

Accessories. Plug and slay.

Mac mini is designed to pair perfectly with Studio Display, Magic Keyboard, and Magic Mouse. But it’s also ready to work with displays and accessories you already own. So you can mix, match, and make Mac mini yours.
