The xTool XAP-AIO apparel printer is an all-in-one kit for direct garment printing, designed for workshops, print shops and home studios. It prints permanent, full-color images on a wide range of fabrics — including cotton, polyester, denim, canvas, spandex, nylon and leather — and supports printing on dark materials with white ink. The kit also includes an automatic shaker oven for adhesive powder application and curing, and an air purifier for dust and odor removal during thermal and laser work.

How to use

Prepare your artwork in xTool Creative Space, adjust layout and print settings, then load a single garment or sheet into the feeder. Start the print job; the printer will apply color and white inks as configured. After printing, run the OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven to apply adhesive powder evenly and cure (bake) the print according to recommended parameters. Monitor status and receive alerts through the mobile app, and use the included maintenance fluids and cleaning tools for routine upkeep as described in the maintenance instructions.
