We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.
But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:
We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

The AOC P2 U27P2 is a 27" LED monitor that delivers UHD 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) on a flat IPS panel. The display offers a matte surface, 350 cd/m² typical brightness, 178°/178° wide viewing angles and a 4 ms response time. Its slim three-sided frameless design, built-in speakers and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub make it suitable for professional workstations and general multimedia use. The monitor supports HDMI and DisplayPort connections and is VESA mount compatible, with adjustable tilt, swivel and height for ergonomic positioning.
The monitor provides high pixel density and clear detail thanks to the 4K UHD resolution and IPS panel. A 350 cd/m² brightness level and wide viewing angles ensure consistent image quality from different positions. Integrated USB 3.2 hub and speakers reduce the need for extra peripherals, while height, tilt and swivel adjustments enable ergonomic setup. The three-sided frameless design minimises bezels for multi-monitor arrangements.
Place the monitor on a stable desk or attach it to a VESA-compatible arm or bracket. Connect a video source via HDMI or DisplayPort and plug peripheral devices into the USB 3.2 hub if required. Adjust the height, tilt and swivel to achieve a comfortable viewing angle and reduce glare from ambient light. Use the monitor on-screen display (OSD) menu to set resolution, colour and brightness preferences appropriate for your tasks.
For accurate colour work, allow the monitor to warm up for at least 20 minutes and use calibrated colour profiles when available. Position the monitor at eye level and maintain a viewing distance of about an arm's length for comfortable use.
