How to use

Position the table on a level floor and ensure all feet contact the ground for maximum stability. Place your equipment—laptop, monitor, keyboard—on the tabletop and adjust the height using the integrated mechanism to the desired working level. Alternate between sitting and standing positions as needed to maintain comfort and ergonomic alignment. When moving the table, lift carefully with assistance if required to avoid strain and to protect the adjustment components.

Recommendations

For ergonomic benefit, set the tabletop so your forearms are approximately parallel to the floor when typing, and the top of your screen is at or slightly below eye level. Regularly alternate between sitting and standing in sessions of 30–90 minutes, and avoid abrupt or excessive force when adjusting the height to preserve the mechanism. Clean the surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners and excessive moisture near moving parts.
