Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Shipping & Returns

This Masterverse Man-At-Arms action figure from Mattel is a 7-inch (approximately 18 cm) collectible based on Masters of the Universe: New Eternia. The Heroic Master of Weapons from Castle Grayskull appears in a damaged world and is presented with high sculpted detail. The figure includes a removable head and one set of swappable hands, an alternate head with attached helmet, and a mace weapon with two interchangeable ends (one closed and one with ball-and-chain deployed). It is packaged in a window display box suitable for collectors and for shelf display.

Advantages

The figure offers 30 points of articulation for dynamic posing and display. Removable and swappable parts increase play and display options, and the detailed sculpting and paintwork reflect the New Eternia design. The window box packaging protects the figure while allowing collectors to view the product without unboxing.

Suitable for

  • Collectors of Masters of the Universe and action figures
  • Display on shelves or in collector cabinets
  • Imaginative play for children aged 6 and up
  • Expanding or starting a MOTU (Masters of the Universe) collection

How to use

Remove the figure and accessories from the packaging carefully to avoid damaging paint or small parts. Use the swappable head and hands to customise the figure’s appearance; parts are designed to snap on and off at the joints. Attach the desired mace end to display the closed or ball-and-chain configuration. Position the figure using its articulated joints for display or play. Keep small accessories away from very young children.

Recommendations

Store the figure in its window box to preserve paint and details if you intend to keep it as a collectible. For play, regularly check joints and accessory connections for wear; avoid forcing parts to prevent breakage.
