This Olive green hue offers opaque coverage on plastic, wood and primed surfaces and is suitable for detail work, touch-ups and layered painting. The formula mixes easily with other acrylics and cleans with water while still wet, allowing fast workflow and convenient maintenance of tools.

The REVELL Aqua Color system in the new 18 ml containers provides a wide palette with 88 shades and a water‑dilutable, low‑odour, practically solvent‑free formulation. The paint is non‑inflammable, can be mixed with other Aqua Color shades and dries to the touch in approximately 2–3 hours. Individual coats can be overpainted after about one hour, enabling faster multi‑layer work compared with traditional enamel paints. The product is suitable for brush and airbrush application when diluted correctly and the spray equipment can be rinsed with water while the paint is wet.

How to use

For brush application, stir or shake the bottle and apply thin, even coats for smooth results; multiple thin layers yield better coverage than a single thick coat. For airbrushing, thin carefully — do not exceed roughly 20–25% water dilution; using Aqua Color Mix as a thinner and retardant is recommended to avoid premature drying in the spray cup and nozzle. Allow sufficient drying time between coats and make sure previously applied enamel layers are fully cured before overpainting with Aqua Color.

Recommendations

Use a primer appropriate to the substrate for best adhesion and durability. When airbrushing, test spray on scrap material to adjust viscosity and nozzle settings; clean equipment with water immediately after use, or use dedicated cleaners if paint has dried in the system. Store upright, tightly closed and out of direct sunlight to preserve consistency.
