Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

On the road, in a cramped home office, or at a client site, a second screen can transform how you work. The 2-POWER 2P-Y147T gives you a 17.3-inch Full HD canvas that slips into a laptop bag and sets up in seconds. Plug a single USB-C cable into your laptop, phone, or console and you get video, power, and touch-free control in one clean connection.

Key specifications

  • 17.3-inch IPS panel, 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution
  • 16:9 aspect ratio, 60 Hz refresh rate, 5 ms response time
  • 300 cd/m² brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 100% sRGB colour gamut
  • HDR10 support, Low Blue Light mode, Flicker-Free technology
  • 178° wide viewing angles, integrated kickstand and smart cover
  • 2x USB-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode, Power Delivery), 1x Mini HDMI, 3.5 mm audio out
  • Built-in dual 1W speakers, USB-C power supply (5V/3A)

Why choose it

This monitor is built for people who need more screen real estate without the bulk. The IPS panel delivers accurate colours and sharp text, while the matte finish reduces glare in bright rooms. The smart cover doubles as a stand, letting you tilt the display to the perfect angle for spreadsheets, code, or presentations. With two USB-C ports, you can connect a laptop and charge it at the same time, or hook up a smartphone for desktop mode on the go.

Ideal use cases

  • Business travellers who need a dual-screen setup in hotels or coworking spaces
  • Students and remote workers who want a portable second monitor for laptops
  • Gamers who want a compact display for consoles like PS5, Xbox, or Switch
  • Presenters and trainers who need a lightweight screen for client demos

Good to know

The 2P-Y147T draws power directly from your device over USB-C, so there is no separate power brick to carry. It works with Windows, macOS, Android, and most USB-C devices. The built-in speakers are fine for video calls and casual media, but you can also connect headphones via the 3.5 mm jack. For older laptops without USB-C video output, use the Mini HDMI port with a separate power source.
