Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The 2-POWER 2P-W27J0 stands out as a portable display that pairs a generous 17.3-inch Full HD IPS panel with dual USB-C connectivity, making it a practical second screen for professionals who need extra workspace without being tethered to a desk. Unlike smaller portable monitors, this model delivers a desktop-like viewing area in a slim, kickstand-equipped chassis that slips easily into a laptop bag.

Highlights

  • 17.3-inch IPS panel with 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio
  • Dual USB-C ports with DisplayPort Alt Mode and power delivery for single-cable setup
  • Mini HDMI input for broad compatibility with laptops, consoles, and media players
  • Integrated stereo speakers (2x 1W) for audio without external devices
  • Anti-glare surface with low blue light and flicker-free technology for comfortable viewing
  • Wide 178° viewing angles and 250 cd/m² brightness for clear images in various lighting

In daily use

Set up is straightforward: connect a single USB-C cable to a compatible laptop and the monitor receives both video signal and power, reducing cable clutter. For devices without USB-C video output, the Mini HDMI port offers a reliable alternative. The integrated kickstand adjusts to your preferred viewing angle, and the anti-glare coating helps reduce reflections in bright environments. The 8 ms response time and 60 Hz refresh rate are well-suited for productivity tasks, web browsing, and casual video playback.
