Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Why choose it

This monitor combines portability with performance. The IPS panel ensures consistent colours from any viewpoint, making it ideal for collaborative work. With USB-C connectivity, you can connect to laptops, tablets, and smartphones using a single cable that also powers the display. The flicker-free screen and low blue light mode reduce eye strain during long sessions, and the durable aluminum stand withstands daily travel.

Ideal use cases

  • Business travellers needing a second screen for presentations and spreadsheets
  • Creative professionals requiring accurate colour for photo or video editing on location
  • Students and remote workers setting up a temporary home office
  • Gamers wanting a larger portable display for console or PC gaming
  • Anyone who wants to extend their smartphone or tablet screen for entertainment

Good to know

The monitor supports HDR for enhanced contrast and colour depth. It includes a Mini HDMI port for legacy devices, but for the best experience, use the USB-C ports which support video, audio, and power delivery. The integrated kickstand is adjustable to find your perfect viewing angle. Please note that while the monitor is powered via USB-C, a power adapter is not included; you can use your laptop's USB-C charger or a power bank that supports Power Delivery.
