Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

On the road, in a client's office, or at a temporary workstation, this 17.3-inch Full HD portable monitor gives you the screen real estate you need to stay productive. The 2-POWER 2P-T3JNH pairs an IPS panel with a slim aluminum housing and a built-in kickstand, so you can set up a dual-screen workspace in seconds—no external power brick required.

Key specifications

  • 17.3-inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution
  • 16:9 aspect ratio and 60 Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals
  • 300 cd/m² brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio
  • 100% sRGB colour gamut and 178° wide viewing angles
  • 5 ms response time and HDR10 support
  • Dual USB-C ports with DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery
  • Mini HDMI input for broad device compatibility
  • Built-in 1 W stereo speakers and 3.5 mm headphone jack
  • Low blue light and flicker-free technology for eye comfort
  • Aluminum alloy chassis with integrated kickstand

Why choose it

The IPS panel delivers accurate colours and wide viewing angles, making it suitable for both work and entertainment. USB-C connectivity means a single cable can carry video, audio, and power from compatible laptops, while the mini HDMI port covers older devices and game consoles. The slim, lightweight design fits easily into a laptop bag, and the integrated kickstand offers adjustable viewing positions without extra accessories.

Ideal use cases

  • Business travellers needing a second screen for presentations and spreadsheets
  • Remote workers setting up a temporary home office or hotel workstation
  • Students who want extra screen space for research and writing
  • Gamers connecting a Nintendo Switch, PS4/5, or Xbox via mini HDMI
  • Creative professionals requiring colour-accurate previews on the go

Good to know

The monitor is powered entirely over USB-C (5 V/3 A), so no separate AC adapter is needed when connected to a compatible source. It includes built-in speakers for basic audio, but you can also connect headphones via the 3.5 mm jack. The low blue light and flicker-free features help reduce eye strain during long work sessions. Please note that a USB-C cable and mini HDMI cable are not included in the box.
