Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The 2-POWER 2P-01YN146 redefines mobile productivity with a 17.3-inch Full HD IPS panel that slips into a laptop bag. Unlike bulky desktop displays or cramped laptop screens, this portable monitor delivers a large, color-accurate canvas with dual USB-C and Mini HDMI inputs — no external power brick needed when connected to a compatible laptop.

Highlights

  • 17.3-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS display with 72% NTSC color gamut
  • Ultra-slim and lightweight design with integrated smart cover/stand
  • Dual USB-C ports with DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery
  • Mini HDMI input for compatibility with older devices and consoles
  • Built-in dual 1W speakers for clear audio without extra peripherals
  • Flicker-free technology and low blue light mode reduce eye strain during long sessions
  • Wide 178° viewing angles maintain image quality from any position

In daily use

Set up a dual-screen workstation anywhere in seconds: connect a single USB-C cable to your laptop for both video and power, or use the Mini HDMI port with a separate USB-C power source. The smart cover doubles as a stable stand in landscape orientation, while the 60Hz refresh rate and 8ms response time handle productivity apps, presentations, and casual video smoothly. The matte IPS surface minimizes glare, making it usable near windows or under office lighting.
